Useful information for a dream vacation in Castelrotto

Non-smoking house, out of respect for our small and big guests. We therefore ask smokers to smoke outside.
We do not accept pets.
Apartments are typically rented weekly.

Check in/ Check out: On arrival our apartments are available from 15:00 in principle. Any overlap is due to a previous appointment. An early check-in is of course possible where available. Simply ask! We ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 9:30 on the day of departure.

Cleaning:

We are delighted when our guests leave the new apartments clean and reward you by not charging for cleaning.

If flats are not left in proper condition, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee.

Payment:
Payment can be made locally in cash, by check or bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards or debit cards.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 1 month before arrival no costs will be incurred; up to 14 days before, 50% of the agreed total price will be charged; within 14 days before, we charge 90% of the booked apartment price. Late arrival or early departure will still incur a charge of 100%. Deposits will not be refunded but credited. We recommend you buy travel insurance.

Data protection: Statement about the treatment of data regarding law number 196 dated 30th June 2003: The data provided will be used for the delivery of commercial information or new offers, as well as for monitoring customer satisfaction with products and services from the Hartmann Hofer family. The information you provide will never be forwarded to third parties. Proprietor of the processed data is the Hartmann Hofer family for the above purposes.
