• The rates are per day and per apartment for the specified number of persons.
For each additional person a surcharge of 28.00 euros will be charged. Cot until 3 years: 14.00 euro per day.
• The tourist tax per day and guests over 14 years is not included in the price.
Rates include all further taxes and fees. Bed, bath and kitchen towels, one weekly towel change, cleaning and garage parking are included in the price
• The final cleaning is included, but for stays of less than one week we charge a surcharge.

Normally, apartments are rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Non-smoking house, out of respect for our small and big guests.
Check In/ Check Out: The apartments are available on arrival from about 3 pm, the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments at 9.30 am.
Payment: We recommend paying the cost of the apartment into our bank account shortly before arrival or during your stay. On-site payment may be made in cash only.
Our travel cancellation policy: Cancellation of a booked room must be in written form. In case of cancellation, we will charge as follows: Up until 2 months prior to the intended arrival we will keep back the deposit payment, no other additionally costs, until the 30th day to the intended arrival: 30% of the total sum, from the 30th to the 14th day prior to the intended arrival: 50% of the total sum, from 14 days before arrival we charge 90 % of the booked apartment price. In case of a later arrival or an early departure we charge 100 % of the booked apartment price. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
